Reduction of energy consumption through energy saving actions, improvement of plant efficiency, integrated use of renewable energy sources are the basic elements for energy and environmental sustainability. 

CETA offers different services including: energy analysis of buildings in order to identify the most appropriate interventions for energy consumption reduction (thermal insulation, window replacement, screening elements, etc.), use of high-efficiency plants fueled by renewable energy resources, assistance at the predisposition of application form for public financial contribution, predisposition of relative financial demand, definition of guide lines for sustainable building in mountain environment. 

Furthermore the Centre carries out research in order to obtain new materials for sustainable building and collaborates at social housing planning. The realization of these buildings is respectful to environment (low energy and material consumption) and directed toward the improvement of the quality of life and environment.
